Terms and Conditions of “Dover Street - The Rewards”

1. The Dover Street Rewards is not a membership scheme, this is a loyalty scheme therefore cardholders are not entitled to preferential bookings or to preferential entry on the door. Dover Street Restaurant and Bar entry and venue rules apply at all times.
2. The Rewards Card is personal to you. We do not issue additional cards for your account but your family and friends can apply for their own cards.
3. Points can only be gained by the named cardholder. A credit/debit card or other form of identification will be required in order to verify each user, as the customers name and points are pre-loaded on to each card. This is to ensure fair use of the The Rewards
4. Any booking requests made through the website where the The Rewards has been quoted, are only requests and will be followed with confirmation from the Reservations department. At present, The Rewards does not guarantee/provide preferential booking to its Customers.
5. Points will only be added to a valid The Rewards Card when you make a purchase. There may be specific occasions when we add points later at our discretion.
6. We can change the terms and conditions of the The Rewards. We will give notice of all changes.
7. You cannot make a part payment of points towards any gifts. You must collect the full amount of points needed for the product you choose. These will be deducted from the total amount on your card. You will not qualify for points or extra point offers on any bill/gift which you pay for with the points.
8. Points can be earned any night of the week, however, points can only be redeemed Monday to Thursday inclusive.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Set out below are the terms and conditions of The Rewards promoted and operated by Dover Street Restaurant Limited (“Dover Street”).
1. The Rewards ("the scheme") is a loyalty scheme operated by Dover Street under which (“Customer”)s of the scheme accumulate points (“Dover Street Rewards Points”) in respect of qualifying purchases made in the Dover Street Restaurant using their “Dover Street Rewards Card”(“Rewards Card”). These terms and conditions govern the collection and use of Dover Street Rewards Points from its launch in January 2009 (the “Launch Date”) until such time as the scheme is determined, and set out the terms of the contract between Dover Street and each Customer.
2. Customers may accumulate Dover Street Rewards Points on their Rewards Cards on Dover Street qualifying purchases as follows: (a) five Dover Street points for every £1 spent. To earn Dover Street Rewards Points in relation to purchases made, Customers must present the Rewards Card at the time of payment. Dover Street may offer bonus Dover Street Rewards Points to Customers in certain circumstances at its absolute discretion and any such bonus Dover Street Rewards Points may be withdrawn by Dover Street at any time.
3. Dover Street qualifying purchases are all purchases made (using any form of tender) in the Dover Street Restaurant & Bar, 8-10 Dover Street, Mayfair, London, W1S 4LQ. Dover Street may amend these exclusions at any time and, whenever reasonably possible, with notice to Customers.
4. Loyalty Gifts may not be exchanged for cash.
5. Benefits will be provided subject to availability and such restrictions as may be set out in the Dover Street Rewards Brochure or dedicated Customer’s page on the website from time to time.
6. Dover Street will provide regular account statements to active Customers showing the Dover Street Rewards Points balance. Customers may also check their Dover Street Rewards Points balance by contacting Dover Street on +44 (0)20 7629 9813 or 020 7491 7509 or by email rewards@doverst.co.uk.
7. Dover Street has the right to withdraw, cancel or change the terms of the scheme at any time, and shall endeavour to provide written notice of such changes to members. Dover Street will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage. A Customer of the scheme will be deemed to have accepted such change or variation if, after receiving notice of it, he or she uses a Rewards Card and/or continues to earn Dover Street Rewards Points.
8. Dover Street may at any time refuse or revoke any Customer’s membership of the scheme in which case that Customer’s Dover Street Rewards Points will be forfeited and any unused Loyalty Gifts may be cancelled.
9. Dover Street will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the termination of or changes to the Scheme or from the cancellation or revocation of Dover Street Rewards Points and/or membership of any Customer to the scheme.
10. Customers are personally liable for any and all costs, charges, claims or liabilities of whatever nature arising from their membership of the Scheme.
11. Dover Street Restaurant Ltd reserves the right to refuse any holder of the Rewards scheme should they act in an inappropriate manner at the venue and/or revoke their cards should they mistreat its attributes.
12. The Dover Street Rewards Scheme entitles holders to the benefits as outlined in this document and holder’s of the card agree to all the terms set out herein.
13. All "Dover Street Rewards Cards" belong to Dover Street Restaurant Ltd.
14. We are not responsible for products and services from other companies outside of Dover Street. These are offered according to that company’s terms and conditions.
